We are pleased to offer free Overnight Shipping for orders $350 or more via FedEx. Priority and International services are available for an additional fee. To arrange Same Day Delivery within New York City for a flat fee of $20.00, please contact us after placing your order at orders@brandellnewyork.com Please note, Same Day Delivery requests must be sent before 2PM EST.
All orders are custom packaged with care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase. Unless otherwise specified, products are shipped within 3 business days of your order.
BRANDELL is not responsible for any import duties or taxes incurred on international orders. As a courtesy, an estimate of the anticipated duties and taxes is provided at checkout. These must be paid by the customer directly.
RETURNS:
For domestic orders, AmericanExotics.us accepts the return of unused, undamaged merchandise within 10 days of the delivery date. Please email orders@brandellnewyork.co to initiate a return. A customer care representative will then respond with further instructions to assist in your return.
Once the item has been received and inspected, a refund equal to the original purchase price will be issued to the original form of payment.
International orders are not eligible for returns at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
In the event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please reach out to orders@americanexotics.us within 3 business days of receipt.
Please note only items with the original security tag still on that item will be processed.
